Return & Refund

Video Proof Required:

To make a return, you must record a video while opening your package. This is important for verifying the condition of the item.

3 Days Return Window:

You have 3 Days from the time you receive your package to start the return process.

No Cash Refunds:

We don't provide cash refunds. Instead, you'll receive store credit in the form of a coupon code.

Coupon Code Validity:

The coupon code you receive will be valid for 180 days from the date it's issued.

No Returns for Coupon Purchases:

Please note that items purchased using the coupon code cannot be returned.

Return Requests by Email:

You can request returns or report damage or shortages by emailing us at return@dastoorjewels.com. We won't accept these requests without the required video evidence during the package opening.

Reverse Pickup:

If your return request aligns with our policy, we'll arrange a reverse pickup. You'll be notified by the courier company. Only three pickup attempts will be made, so please ensure you're available for them.

Quality Check for Store Credit:

Store credit and coupon codes will be issued only after we receive the returned products and perform a quality check.

International Orders:

We do not offer any return or exchange policy for international orders.
